Why Our Patients Choose Us

Root-Cause Diagnostics,
Not Guesswork!

We use the Shoemaker Protocol, Visual Contrast Sensitivity Testing, NeuroQuant MRIs, and specialized labs to uncover what standard testing misses.

Personalized Support From
A Doctor Who Listens!

Dr. Brian Rodgers brings 30+ years of experience and truly listens to your story. He builds treatment plans around your body, your history, and your goals, not generic templates.

Remote & In-person Appointments

Whether you’re down the street or across Utah, we offer the flexibility of in-clinic or tele-clinic consultations to meet you where you are.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do you accept insurance?

At the moment, we do not accept insurance. Longevity Medicine is a cash-only clinic, which means we’re able to provide highly personalized and effective care without being limited by insurance restrictions or rushed appointment times. This model allows us to spend more time with each patient, dive deeper into root causes, and create truly customized treatment plans.

2. Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes, we offer virtual consultations for patients both in Utah and out of state. Many of our programs, EXCEPT initial evaluations can be done remotely. Some specific treatments may require in-person visits, but we’ll work with you to determine what’s possible from the comfort of your home.

3. How do I become a new patient?

Getting started is easy. You can call, email, or fill out our contact form, and our team will help you schedule your first appointment. Once booked, you’ll receive digital intake forms that we ask you to complete at least 1–2 days before your visit. This gives Dr. Rodgers time to review your case in detail and come prepared to make the most of your appointment.

4. How long is the first appointment?

Your first appointment typically lasts about 60–90 minutes. This gives Dr. Rodgers time to review your full health history, listen closely to your concerns, and begin crafting a personalized plan. We believe in taking the time to truly understand what’s going on beneath the surface.

5. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, prepaid healthcare cards, and other common digital payment options. Since we’re a cash-pay practice, payment is due at the time of service. If you have any questions about costs or services, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to walk you through everything.
